I choose books based on the reputation of the author, quality of the recipes and/or uniqueness of the material in relation to the vast universe of cookbooks available. First editions are a bonus but the focus is on timeless classics in unmarked condition - books you would be confident to show to a friend as a new acquisition.
I have a particular interest in books noteworthy in an historical context. All books offered for sale are in very good to excellent condition unless otherwise noted. Each listing will include any applicable condition faults as well as supporting photos.
